All needed informations for new EU Shipments
When initiating a new EU shipment with Beeontrade, there is certain information that we will need to process the shipment. This includes:
- EORI number: This is the Economic Operator Registration and Identification number, which is required for all EU customs shipments. If you do not have an EORI number, we will need to know who will act as the Importer of Record.
- VAT (Value Added Tax) number and registration: We will need to know under whose VAT number the import will be filed, whether you have a fiscal representative and if you have a deferment account.
- Company registration number and registered address: We will need to know your company's registration number and registered address.
- Legal entity incorporation: We will need to know where your legal entity is incorporated.
- Destination: We will need to know where the shipment is being shipped to.
- B2B or B2C: We will need to know whether the shipment is being shipped to a business or a consumer.
- Incoterms: We will need to know the incoterms (commercial terms) of the shipment.
This information is essential for customs clearance and compliance with EU regulations and will help ensure a smooth and efficient shipment process.
