Your container can be rejected from the fulfillment facility if you don't adhere to Amazon's palletization requirements.
To deliver FCL shipments straight to FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) facilities, Beeontrade will collaborate with you.
The guidelines to follow if your FCL shipment will be palletized are shown below:
Pallet Dimensions
General specifications and measurements
- For stuffing, use regular or EUR pallets.
- Use wood pallets that are 40" x 48" (or 1 m × 1.25 m) or higher, GMA Grade B or higher.
- No single pallet may exceed 72 inches in height."
- Pallets may be stacked two high, up to a maximum of 100."
- Pallet weight limit: 1,500 lbs./680.4 kg.
The following factors need to be considered:
- For groceries, GMA Grade A pallets are necessary.
- It is permitted to use CHEP pallets that adhere to GMA Grade A and B industry standards.
- Items shipped on PECO pallets cannot be moved with a conventional pallet jack, therefore don't ship them.
Amazon will refuse plastic pallets.
Pallets are secured
There must be more than 1" of overhang on either side of the pallet for carton boxes. Pallets should be secured using load bars and tension (recommended but not required).
Pallet arrangement
Pallet loading should be done with the pallets rotated. This is called a "turned" configuration.
