      What Costs Are Not Included in My Quote?

      Beeontrade only provides quotes with known costs, so additional costs a shipment might incur will not be included in the quote

      Beeontrade's quotes are estimates of the foreseeable costs of a shipment based on the information submitted in a quote request.

      Any shipping costs that are unknown at the time of quoting will not be listed on the quote, but they will be listed on the invoice.


      The following charges will not be on the quote but will be on our invoice:

      • Customs costs (unless you are using your own Customs broker)
      • Beeontrade cargo insurance (unless you are using your cargo insurance)


      Depending on the circumstances at the destination, the following charges may be on the invoice but not on the quote.

      There are 2 permits for 2 axle trailers and 3 axle trailers

      For Houston, MAX Weight permits will cover weight on 2axle trailers is 25000kg

      In order to move cargo weights over 25000kgs plus tare weight of container, we must use 3-axle chassis and we must have an additional annual permit for each truck (at a price of $6000 per truck). These permits are expensive though not hard to obtain, thats why trucker bills $350 OWT fee

If a Dry Run occurs at the Terminal for picking up equipment, there will be a fee of $250.00 plus FSC per container.

      It's important to note that the more information you include in the quote request, the closer your quote will be to the final invoice. However, in some cases, the final invoice may be higher than the quote.


      If you are shipping to Amazon FBA and using an Amazon-partnered carrier as your final delivery method, Amazon will bill you directly for trucking charges and this cost will not be included in our quote or invoice.
